Consider that all of the incomplete carriers on your list are carriers that you could use if they were only in a completed status. You may decide that you want to contact these carriers to encourage them to complete the onboarding process. DAT OnBoard™ gives you the information you’ll need to do this.
From your list of incomplete carriers, click on a carrier’s company name. This will take you to their profile where you will be able to determine exactly what’s missing.
From this you can determine that only the “Lanes” section has been completed and that this carrier needs to complete the majority of their profile still and sign your contracts.
When finished viewing the carrier’s information, click the Back to carriers link to go to your previous screen.
