Inactivating/Activating a Contract

With DAT OnBoard™, you have the ability to inactivate a contract, making all versions of the contract no longer visible. Inactivated contracts can always be located and reactivated at any time should you need it and can be found when the Inactive filter is enabled.

Inactivating a contract can be done by following these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Contracts tab and locate the contract you wish to inactivate
  2. Click the Versionlink to enter that family of Contracts
  3. Locate the Inactivate button at the top of the screen and click on inactivate

The status will now say INACTIVE and will no longer be displayed when viewing active contracts. You must enable the INACTIVE filter to view it again.
