DAT OnBoard allows you to quickly determine if a carrier has completed the onboarding process and signed one of your contracts. Under the Carriers tab, you are able to view either “Complete” carriers, or “Incomplete” carriers.
Carriers in an “Incomplete” status are carriers that have registered under your custom DAT OnBoard site, but have not yet:
- signed a contract for you, or
- completed their profile
To see a list of all of these “Incomplete” carriers, click the Incomplete filter.
Utilizing the Incomplete Carrier List
Consider that all of the incomplete carriers on your list are carriers that you could use if they were only in a completed status. You may decide that you want to contact these carriers to encourage them to complete the onboarding process. DAT OnBoard gives you the information you’ll need to do this.
From your list of incomplete carriers, click on the row of a carrier you wish to view.
You will be able to see the status for the carrier by viewing the progress bar. Sections in gray have not been completed. Click on the grey bar or on View carrier details to see which section(s) the carrier has not completed yet.
